Description:

A National beverage manufacturing company seeks a Stock Controller for its Boksburg branch; the suitable individual must be neatly groomed, computer literate, good telephonic skills, available immediately and have a minimum of two years’ work experience.

DUTIES / TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct a monthly stock take of all POS, Premiums and Branding
• Attend to the issuing of marketing stock
• Receive and receipt all marketing stock items
• Coordinate deliveries of POS, Premiums and Branding to
• Suppliers, Brand Activators, Sales Representative and Stores
• Coordinate collection of marketing stock from suppliers
• Oversee the maintenance, upkeep and repair of all branding
• Assist with the collection and dispatch of all sponsorships and donations
• Attend to ad hoc administrative duties
• Process all signage requests from receipt to installation
• Process all POS requests from Sales – collate and handover
• Invoicing of all marketing stock

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within and

• Ability to demonstrate efficient organisational skills and meet deadlines
• Keen attention to detail
• Interpersonal Skills
• Intermediary MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

• Cooler SL depot stock
• Arranging decals for cooler depots

DUTIES/TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, document and report evidence of cooler abuse
• Attend to decaling of coolers from time to time
• Perform any related duties, when required or requested by your Supervisor/Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• Good driving skills
• Good telephone Skills
• Basic computer skills
• Email writing skills

MINIMUM CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Drivers Licence
